…TasteKid
TasteKid is a recommendation engine for music, movies and books. This whole blog is dedicated to this project, so I will keep this description short. Some information about this project, from Emmy’s point of view (Emmy is the girl-robot that stands as a mascot for this project, thus Emmy is the Taste Kid) can be found on the “Who are you” page.
… this blog
I decided to start this blog so I can tell the story of TasteKid. A sort of journal of Emmy’s life as a web application, this blog will try to capture the milestones, the problems encountered and the lessons learned during this period in which I’m taking care of this project. Last, but not least, I’m thinking a blog that follows a web start-up throughout its evolution, beginning with its first steps, may prove valuable for others trying to do the same thing, regardless of the specific type of their application and regardless of Taste Kid’s degree of success.
